Central-axle tipping trailer – model TN-144

The TN-144 tipping trailer is available in two- and three-axle configurations.
It is designed for transporting materials such as sand, gravel, rubble, stones, rocks, or aggregates.


The body is made of wear-resistant steel (HB 450 or HB 500), ensuring high durability while maintaining an optimal unladen weight, which directly translates into higher payload capacity.

 

Gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR):

  • 18–20 tonnes (two-axle version),
  • 27 tonnes (three-axle version).

The trailer is designed to be towed by three- or four-axle tipper trucks and holds an EU Whole Vehicle Type Approval (WVTA).

 

Standard equipment includes:

  • Fixed drawbar integrated into the chassis frame,
  • Pneumatic suspension,
  • SAF or BPW axles,
  • Single wheels, size 385/65 R22.5, with steel or aluminum rims,
  • Wabco braking system with disc brakes,
  • Fenders made of aluminum, stainless steel, or PVC,
  • Hydraulic tipping system with under-body NUMMI PRO cylinder, optimized for fast tipping cycles.

Turntable tipping trailer – model PS-160

The PS-160 tipping trailer is available in various axle configurations: two-, three-, four-, and five-axle versions.


Most commonly, it features a rear-tipping “box”-type body used for transporting sand, gravel, rubble, stones, rocks, or aggregates.


Variants with side-tipping bodies and “half-pipe” bodies are also available.
The load body is constructed from wear-resistant steel (HB 450 or HB 500), ensuring high durability with optimized unladen weight, resulting in increased payload capacity.

  • 20 tonnes (two-axle version),
  • 30 tonnes (three-axle version),
