The half-pipe asphalt tipper body is specifically designed for transporting and unloading bulk materials, particularly hot bituminous mixtures and asphalt. These bodies combine maximum efficiency with exceptional durability, making them an indispensable solution for road and highway construction, as well as other demanding infrastructure projects.

Asphalt body construction

  • Fabricated from durable, wear-resistant HB 450 steel, 3 mm thick
  • Fully thermally insulated rear tailgate, hydraulically operated and locked
  • Steel discharge gate with a 400 mm wide hydraulic slide valve, lockable and designed for precise material discharge
  • Cargo body thermally insulated with mineral wool to maintain optimal transport temperature for asphalt
  • Outer shell made from polished stainless steel, fixed with clips, allowing easy access and quick replacement of insulation


Hydraulic system

  • Tipping mechanism powered by NUMMI PRO hydraulic cylinders (available in underbody or front-mounted versions), ensuring fast and efficient unloading operations


Oil tank and pump specifications

  • Oil tank capacity and pump parameters are precisely configured to meet individual customer requirements, ensuring optimal performance of hydraulic components


VBG coupling

  • Each body is equipped with a VBG coupling system, providing a safe and reliable connection with various trailer types, thus enhancing operational versatility


Available chassis equipment options

  • Parlok plastic mudguards or mudguards made of aluminium / stainless steel, chassis-mounted
  • Open chain storage boxes and lockable toolboxes mounted to the chassis frame

Optional add-ons – snow equipment systems

Each tipper body can be optionally equipped with a snow system, which may include a front mounting plate, a lower plough blade (optional), and a compatible control and hydraulic system tailored for winter maintenance operations.
