Istrail Sp. z o.o. (Poland)
Istrail Sp. z o.o. was established in 2003 as a subsidiary of the Norwegian company Istrail AS. The roots of Istrail AS date back to 1916. In the post-war period, the company became one of the leading manufacturers in the heavy industry sector. Over time, a branch was established in Ulefoss, Norway, specializing in the assembly of containers on chassis produced by the parent company, along with a sales representative office in Tanzania.
Initially, the Istrail Sp. z o.o. production plant in Poland was located in Skępe, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. In October 2004, the headquarters and production facility were relocated to Golub-Dobrzyń, where the company continues its operations to this day.
Istrail Sp. z o.o.’s core business focuses on the manufacturing of trailers, semi-trailers, truck bodies, equipment, and steel structures for commercial vehicles.
We are a certified supplier of components for Scania CV and equipment for NATO.
We are continuously expanding our customer base and developing new business relationships with transport companies, primarily in Poland and Scandinavia.
Istrail AS (Norway)
Istrail’s headquarters, commercial office, and sales center are located in Kullerød, Sandefjord, Norway. This is where the products manufactured at our Polish production facility in Golub-Dobrzyń are distributed.
Our Norwegian headquarters benefits from a prime location—near Sandefjord-Torp Airport. The site is easily accessible via the E18 motorway, by taking the exit toward the airport.
Our staff is available to answer all inquiries and recommend optimal, customized solutions. Our technicians conduct thorough vehicle inspections and carry out necessary repairs and installations. A large, well-equipped workshop, experienced and professional service, and a wide range of products tailored to Scandinavian conditions set Istrail apart in the Norwegian market.

Istrail AB (Sweden)
In the Swedish market, Istrail AB operates sales offices in Torsby and a spare parts warehouse in Molkom.
Istrail AB, like its Norwegian counterpart Istrail AS and the Polish production facility Istrail Sp. z o.o. in Golub-Dobrzyń, is owned by the Norwegian holding company Istrail Invest AS, headquartered in Sandefjord.
